Buffalo is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Buffalo is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

My original review was removed? Unless your insurance is paying full price for repairs, avoid going here. Went in to see if they could fix my car, I'm paying out of pocket. I can't afford a "band new" fix so asked them to just do what they could within my budget. They refused, the reason they gave me is that they have a reputation to uphold. Didn't want me to tell people they fixed my car and it didn't look brand new again. If someone saw my car and asked who did it, I would tell them Metro did it, and they did exactly what I wanted. But nope. Refused to even give me an estimate. Because I didn't go through insurance, it felt like they didn't believe it was even worth looking at. Seriously disappointed, I reviewed the shop before, I don't know what is going on, a bad review gets deleted? I'll say it once again, just like my last review that mysteriously disappeared. This is the truth. Not some fluffed up garbage.

Use Metropolitan to complete collision repair to my vehicle. Mario did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle and returned it in great shape. He was sincerely interested in making me happy and the work showed. I would highly recommend this shop for any work you had in mind. Mario, the owner, is very accessible, super nice guy, and sincerely interested in making you happy. I also personally got the sense that he was extremely trust worthy as well and he will be fair in his pricing. Thanks Mario! Even though you are a little out of the way, you earned all my future business!

If I can give this place more than 5 stars, I wouldn’t even hesitate. Mario and his employees took great care and did amazing body work on my Jeep. I will be bringing more cars over there again. Thanks metropolitan for the great work.
